Directions: 1. In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together milk, light cream and coffee. 2. When mixture in hot, but not boiling, beat in egg yolks. 3. Cook until mixture thickens 4. Strain and let cool 5. Stir in Creme de Cacao 6. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into mixture Pour into cups or glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg.
